Ellisyn is 10 Months

Oh sweet Ellie.  10 months?  So close to one year?!  Time really does go too fast.

-Ellie loves to be mobile...she's at her happiest when she's moving around.  She still crawls on her belly, very rarely on hands and knees.  She's pulling up on EVERYTHING.  She's also starting to climb on things as well.  She's so proud of her little self.

-Ellie is a screamer.  I swear it gets worse and worse.  If she wants something, anything...she lets out a **VERY** high pitch squeal.  It's a happy squeal, but a squeal nonetheless.  She's particularly good at doing this in public.  People always laugh when they hear her and comment on how cute that is.  My ears don't agree, but I see what they're saying. :)  It's her trademark.

-So smiley.  She loves attention and anyone that will give it to her will be rewarded with smiles and giggles.

-Still nursing great, takes one bottle at bedtime.  She LOVES to eat and will eat everything in sight.  I really don't think her stomach has a full sensor.  She hasn't met a food she hasn't tried.  Her absolute favorites are sweet potatoes, avocados, applesauce, pancakes and bread.  Those things don't last long on her plate.

-Sleeps 11-12 hours at night, 2 long naps during the day.  Girl loves her sleep, just like mom.

-Wearing size 3 diapers, 12-18 month size clothes

-Loves to talk...she says "ba ba" for bye bye, says "ma ma ma" when she sees me and "da da da" when she sees daddy, and "pa pa pa" for Pa Pa (he taught her that one!).  Also babbles with various sounds when she's not squealing. :)

-Does NOT like to be told no. She bursts out crying if we tell her no.

-Is clapping and waving and learning to blow kisses.  She loves to give kisses with her mouth wide open. :)

It's amazing how much your heart grows with love for your children.  I feel so blessed to have two healthy little girls.  Until next month! ...
